I suppose the irony to this question is that if you're reading this, you've probably discovered at least one way to get help.  That said, there are two main paths to getting help in ScrumDo:

  1. Within the tool go to the gear icon in the upper right hand corner. From the dropdown menu choose "Self Serve Help."  This will bring you to our knowledge base.
  2. Your second option from within the tool is to select the "Support" option from the same dropdown menu. This will launch our integrated app and allow you to ask your question directly on-screen.  Here's a short video demonstration of how this option works:
