There are a number of ways that you create a card: Directly on the board, choose a dropdown menu from one of your cells, choose Add a Card. In the Backlog slider the top box where it says, “type here to add new Epic, (Capability, Feature, or User Story).” From the 6 Navigation icons, you can choose the Portfolio backlog or Local Planning to add cards.
Another way to add is through our email. From the Board go to Settings, choose Extras, click configure under “Email a Card.” Use the email for your workspace found in the configuration. Make sure you follow all of the guidelines to create the card you desire.
Important NOTE: You must send this email from an address associated with an account that has read/write access to the workspace.
